Healing U. Women's Wellness Weekend

Coming Soon

Life after health challenges can be an isolating and frustrating journey.   The anger and fatigue you feel when you just want to get it over and done with (isn’t my healing done yet?!), the anxiety of wondering if you are doing all you can to keep yourself healthy and well.

You might even convince yourself that being in anxiety, pain and fatigued is how you will live the rest of your life.  What if the truth was actually the opposite?  What if the truth was that the years after cancer could be the healthiest and fullest of your life?

At Healing U. we believe that health challenges are an open window to full healing, health and prosperity.

What if you could spend time talking and focusing on wellness instead of disease?

How would it feel to just focus on you, on resting and connecting with others that get it?

What if you got to take a break, if just for a weekend, to focus on healing you?

Healing U. Women’s Weekend is for you and is all-inclusive.

Who is this weekend for?

Healing U. Women’s Wellness Weekend is for women that have experienced the life changing health challenges.  Healing U. is for women that want to heal not just the physical pain, but the life changes that come after a diagnosis.  It is for women looking for community and full health.

The Weekend is for women who’ve ever asked:

Why can’t I just make the changes to my diet, exercise and mindset that I know I need to?

How can I take time for me when I have so many others depending on me?

Why can’t I just be happy?

"I used to feel guilty for resting and I have realized now that resting and taking breaks....is a key part of my journey."

This is not the actual schedule of the weekend, but an example schedule.

"You are absolutely right, you can’t afford it, you don’t have the time for it. You don’t have the space for it AND (you need to) prioritize it because it will absolutely give you the strength to get back to that life that will always be draining you and demanding from you and you’ll be better able to meet those demands while at the same time meeting your needs first."
